Rothwell Figg’s Davide Schiavetti Recognized Among the 2021 Best Up-and-Coming IP Practitioners in Private Practice by Managing IP

Associate Davide Schiavetti is named a 2021 Rising Star in intellectual property by Managing IP (MIP). Launched in 2018, the Rising Stars publication recognizes some of the best up-and-coming intellectual property practitioners in private practice who contributed to the success of their firms and clients. Although selection is primarily based on an individual’s contributions and expertise, MIP may also take account of their activities in the IP community.

Davide focuses his practice on litigation and U.S. and international trademark prosecution and registration. He advises large multinational companies in the fashion, automotive, food and beverage, software and consumer products industries. By virtue of his background, he counsels clients from civil law jurisdictions in U.S. litigation and trademark prosecution and registration. He assists with the management of the Italian trademark portfolio, representing Valentino, Ferrero, Lavazza, Soremartec, Barilla, and Fiat, among others.

MIP's Rising Stars publication is based on the information obtained during the research for the IP STARS rankings and MIP awards program, which includes insight received from practitioner and client interviews, surveys, and independent research. The individuals selected as Rising Stars typically have less than 10 years’ post-qualification experience. The research for the rankings is conducted rigorously and impartially.
