Associate Davide Schiavetti has been selected as the Young Lawyer Member of the American Bar Association Section of Intellectual Property Law (ABA-IPL) Council for a one-year term expiring in 2026. Davide is currently a Co-Chair of the Fashion Law Committee and he was previously Vice-chair of the Trademark Transactions Committee.
Davide specializes in counseling clients from European countries on navigating the legal trademark and copyright aspects of their entry into the North American market. Originally from Milan, Italy, and fluent in French, Italian, and Spanish, his clients span the European continent and operate in various industries, including food, wine, fashion, and automotive.
