Two Rothwell Figg attorneys, partner Michael Jones and associate Brett Postal, have been named Rising Stars in the first edition of Managing Intellectual Property (MIP)'s Rising Stars. New for 2018/2019, the publication brings attention to some of the best up-and-coming IP practitioners who contribute to the success of their firms and clients.
The Rising Stars publication is based on information obtained during the research period for the 2018/2019 edition of MIP IP Stars. Every research cycle, IP Stars research analysts receive and analyze information on law firms and practitioners that provide IP services in more than 70 jurisdictions. Traditionally, the individual listings in IP Stars feature senior IP practitioners. Following market feedback, MIP decided to launch its Rising Stars rankings. Rising Stars typically have less than 10 years post-qualification experience, but individuals with more than 10 years of experience may also be considered.
IP Stars and Rising Stars research is conducted rigorously and impartially, and no firm or individual can pay to be ranked or to influence the results. There is no fee to participate in the research.
