Tony, who was inducted into the LMG Life Sciences Hall of Fame in September 2018 for his remarkable achievements in the industry, is recognized in the Intellectual Property, General Patent Litigation, and Hatch-Waxman Patent Litigation practice areas. He specializes in intellectual property law, primarily involving the chemical, pharmaceutical, health care, and biotechnology industries. His practice focuses on patent litigation and inter partes matters before the PTAB, appeals, ADR, patent procurement, intellectual property licensing and related contract matters, opinions, and counseling.
Steven is recognized in the areas of General Patent Litigation, Hatch-Waxman Patent Litigation, Hatch-Waxman Patent Litigation (Generic), and Patent Strategy & Management. Since 1991, he has litigated a variety of patent lawsuits in the pharmaceutical, biotech, veterinary, and medical products fields in both the district courts (and on appeal) and before the International Trade Commission. Steven also regularly advises clients on biosimilar issues and represents clients in IPR proceedings.
Joe, recognized in the practice areas of Intellectual Property and Hatch-Waxman Patent Litigation, has been practicing across the full spectrum of IP law at the firm for over 25 years, with a focus on patent infringement litigation. He has particular expertise in Hatch-Waxman litigation and related issues, having litigated numerous cases and in many, serving as lead counsel. He also has participated in numerous appeals to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Joe handles cases covering a broad range of pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, and chemical technologies, among others.
Danny is recognized in the practice areas of General Patent Litigation, Patent Prosecution, and Patent Strategy & Management. He is involved in all phases of intellectual property law, including U.S. and foreign patent prosecution; litigation in the federal and state courts; licensing; and general client counseling. He has extensive patent interference experience, with particular experience in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals.
