Partner Steven Lieberman will co-moderate a panel at the March monthly meeting of the 2023-2024 term of the Giles S. Rich American Inn of Court. The meeting will take place Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
The thematic program, "Generational Perspectives in Law," which will explore changes in the practice of law over the past several decades, will be co-moderated by Steven and Anna Phillips of Sterne Kessler. The panel will feature:
- Hon. Timothy B. Dyk, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit
- Hon. Tiffany Cunningham, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit
- Jamie Laird, Laird Trial Consulting
- Patrick Coyne, Finnegan Henderson; and
- Vladimir Semendyai, Gibson Dunn.
The panelists will be introduced by Bree Vculek of Sterne Kessler.
The Hon. Timothy B. Dyk of the U.S. Court Of Appeals of the Federal Circuit will be the meeting's Honored Guest and will open the meeting with brief remarks.
The goal of the Giles S. Rich American Inn of Court is to foster the American Inns of Court guiding principles of professionalism, ethics, civility, and legal skills in the area of intellectual property.
