Partners Steven Lieberman and Jennifer Maisel ("Jen") will speak on "AI Issues for Content Providers" at the Privacy + Security Forum Fall Academy put on by the Privacy + Security Academy, taking place November 8-10, 2023, in Washington, D.C. Steven and Jen's session will take place on Thursday, November 9.
Jen and Steve, joined by Rachel Brook, Corporate Counsel at IAC Inc., and Geanette Foster, Counsel, Distribution Relations at NPR, will identify legal issues around the use of creative content to build AI systems and the use of AI in the content creation process. Panelists will also provide practical considerations with respect to ownership and licensing of creative content from both angles.
