Partner Robert Parker ("Bob") will moderate a panel titled "Licensing in a new era" at IAM's IPBC Korea conference taking place April 26, 2018, in Seoul, Korea.
Bob's session will cover new paradigms in standard-essential patent licensing, patent pools novel approaches, and the rise of hybrid deals.
IPBC Korea will be a bilingual event, with simultaneous Korean-English translations. Designed specifically for the Korean corporate IP community, IPBC Korea will take the core themes of IP value creation and strategic corporate IP management and will discuss these in a Korean context. The speaking faculty will comprise thought leaders from domestic and international companies, as well as members of the investment, regulatory and judicial community.
