R. Danny Huntington and Sharon Crane at AIPLA CLE Webinar Series on Hot Topics in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Patent Practice
Partners R. Danny Huntington and Sharon Crane will be speakers at the American Intellectual Property Law Association's (AIPLA) CLE webinar series "Hot Topics in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Patent Practice" taking place September 19-20, 2023. The two-day web series is presented by the AIPLA Chemical Practice and Biotechnology Committees.
Following the wildly successful joint program of the Chemical Practice and Biotechnology Committees at the 2022 AIPLA Spring Meeting in New Orleans, AIPLA and the Committees will host a two-day program where an amazing selection of world-class U.S experts will discuss Hot Topics in Chem and Pharmaceutical U.S. Patent Practice. Day 1 will discuss Duty of Candor, genus and species claims, and Section 101 in chemical/pharma cases. Day 2 will discuss the Amgen v. Sanofi Supreme Court decision, means-plus-function claims in chem and pharma, red-hot legal issues in pharmaceutical labeling, with an emphasis on REMS claims, and obviousness-type double patenting.
This webinar series is for AIPLA members only. CLE credit will be available. To learn more, and to register, please visit the AIPLA event page.
