Partner Steven Lieberman will join a roundtable where patent leaders from academia, industry, and government will discuss the post-grant practice at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and how post-grant proceedings continue to change the practice of patent law. The afternoon event is hosted by the Intellectual Property Law Program at The George Washington University Law School.
Among the panelists will be The Hon. Scott R. Boalick, USPTO; The Hon. Jackie Bonilla, USPTO; and The Hon. Paul Michel, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (retired).
