Partner Sharon Davis will moderate a panel titled, "The New Value Equation in Law: Diversity and Innovation in Legal Departments," during the 2019 Women, Influence & Power in Law Conference (WIPL) taking place October 17-18, 2019, in Washington, D.C.
The session, taking place at 2:35 pm on Friday, October 18, will consider the tools, processes, and workflows that the panel of legal professionals have employed to foster in-house creativity and innovation, and the role that diversity has played in expanding the universe of ideas and perspectives in the legal environment. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn what has and hasn’t worked from seasoned in-house veterans who are guiding law departments to a more level playing field. The panel is comprised of Naomi Waltman of CBS, Staci Julie of Teva Pharmaceuticals, Nicole Barrett of Biogen, and Amy Ahn-Roll of Procter & Gamble.
