Associate Mark Rawls will participate in the Federal Circuit Bar Association (FCBA) 2020 National Virtual Mock Argument taking place on October 21, 2020.
Twenty rising advocates will present oral arguments and receive real-time feedback from judges and experienced bar leaders. This year, the mock exercise will consist of a mini-appellate argument involving patent validity.
