Partner Joseph Hynds ("Joe") will participate on a panel titled "PTAB Update: Wins, Losses and Appeals," at American Conference Institute's (ACI) 12th Annual Paragraph IV Disputes conference, part of ACI's Hatch-Waxman Series. The conference is being held April 23-25, 2018, at the Conrad New York in New York City.
Joe's panel will take place on Tuesday, April 24, at 9:15 am, and will cover: notable pharmaceutical patent wins and losses; an overview of IPR, PGR and CBM filings involving pharmaceutical patents; and the latest statistics for types of challenges brought and types of patents challenged.
