Danny will speak on recent developments in the United States, Canada, Japan, and South Korea during a panel titled "Breaking News - All the Latest Developments You Need to Know." The session is scheduled for Thursday, June 7.
Sharon will speak on subject matter eligibility in the U.S. during a panel titled "§101. Is there a coordinated move in B+ and elsewhere?" The session is scheduled for Wednesday, June 6.
FICPI, the only international NGO whose membership consists exclusively of IP attorneys in private practice, holds a World Congress every three years, attendance of which is restricted to FICPI members. The World Congresses are one of the premier meetings in the intellectual property legal world, usually gathering 300-400 attendees from around the world.
