The PTAB Feud game show format provides tips for PTAB practice and tests participants knowledge about various aspects of PTAB practice including appeals, trials, hearings, precedent, and motions.
The conference includes three days of engaging and educational presentations and interactive discussions with practitioners, in-house counsel, patent agents, and members of the bench of Patent Trial Appeal Board (PTAB) on best practices, recent developments, and current policy considerations.
