Rothwell Figg’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion extends beyond our walls and into our communities. During the month of June, we will be celebrating LGBTQ+ Pride Month through a variety of activities and actions in conjunction with local organizations, including SMYAL (Supporting and Mentoring Youth Advocates and Leaders), in Washington, D.C., where the firm is headquartered. Our hope is to not only provide additional support and resources to these organizations that do so much for the LGBTQ+ community in the D.C. metro region, but to further educate ourselves on how we can champion for our neighbors, friends, and colleagues year-round.
